The updated brand captures Wexford’s entrepreneurial spirit, long-term mindset, and design-driven approach to development. It reflects their mission to create spaces and places where monumental things happen and their purpose to make an everlasting impact on the communities they build.

The Challenge

While the mission and purpose had already been established, the goal was to visually extend these ideas into a cohesive identity system. The design focused on a modernized wordmark and timeless palette, eliminating decorative graphics in favour of strong typography and composition.

The move to a highly responsive and customizable Webflow site provided flexibility for ongoing updates and showcased the portfolio with strong SEO foundations and structure to support future growth.

The Process

The design emphasizes clarity, confidence, and longevity. The wordmark highlights the “W,” aligning the text in a stacked, balanced mark that feels both structured and enduring. A deep midnight blue provides a bold, timeless base, introducing depth and character, while crisp white offers clarity and contrast across all applications. The result is a brand identity that is elegant, versatile, and built to last.
