Wexford Developments had outgrown its original brand. As the company expanded into new markets and asset classes across North America, there was a clear need to create a brand identity, website, and suite of materials that reflect who they are today and stand the test of time.
The updated brand captures Wexford’s entrepreneurial spirit, long-term mindset, and design-driven approach to development. It reflects their mission to create spaces and places where monumental things happen and their purpose to make an everlasting impact on the communities they build.
